Infinity Consulting acts in a couple of stages. Usually, the client decides to implement all phases of the program. However there is an option to restrict our help to certain stages only.
During the first phase Infinity Consulting will prepare an analysis of your company, which will point out strengths and weaknesses of your company as well as the potential for expanding its activities internationally.
In the second stage a sales strategy will be established. It will be broken down into operational plans and into time intervals. Relevant costs and human resources necessary to fulfill the plan will be approximated. This phase lasts from 1 - 1.5 months and is developed in close cooperation with the Board of the company.
In the third stage we start to “get the show on the road”. In other words we start actions according to the operations plan arranged together with the Board. These actions usually consist of acquiring distributors, signing distribution agreements, sales contracts terms and conditions negotiations, participation in business shows and obtaining certificates (if necessary). Gradually we will also run recruitment and training for the appropriate staff for the international sales/export department.
Of course, there is such an option. We often offer support in crucial actions dealing with entrance to a foreign market. It is up to you to decide whether you prefer to continue on your own or outsource these actions to Infinity Consulting.
Definitely yes! In such cases our company takes into account the current situation of your company. We want, among other things, to increase the speed of your growth, create the right strategy and operational plans, train and advise your team and help you in new markets with acquiring new clients and/or distributors.
The cost of the project is assessed on an individual basis depending on the size of the company and advancement in foreign expansion. Once we agree upon the needs and expectations of the company with the Board, we are able to give cost estimation of the project within a week.
The consultants that are directly involved in the project may not be native Polish people, however they always speak communicative Polish language.
